For many years Bill volunteered at a local charity called Compaid - it was a place that was very dear to him.

Compaid supports disabled, older and other disadvantaged people in and around Kent to realise their potential, helping them to overcome the barriers of social, digital and economic exclusion. Compaid services are person-centred - something Bill loved. He was such a kind & generous man and always wanted to help others in any way he could. We used to laugh as Bill helped "the old people" as he called them - Bill was often older than most of them but in his heart he was always the young 'un. 

We will be making a donation to Compaid in Bill / Dad's memory so the work he so enjoyed there can continue. Should you wish to you can make a donation by clicking on the Green DONATE button.

Alternatively there will be a donation box on the day where cash and cheques will be accepted.
